CCI de Corse: Optimizing cyber risk governance to guarantee the security of strategic infrastructures

The CCI of Corsica manages two OIVs and strategic infrastructures, including ports and airports, in a context where cyber challenges are crucial, especially for nearby military bases.
The challenge was to carry out rapid risk analyses in accordance with ANSSI requirements, while guaranteeing the distribution of the workload within a multifunctional SSI team (SSI, DSI, RSSI). The solution also had to incorporate current standards and methodologies.

EGERIE Risk Manager was chosen for its ability to specifically meet the needs of the CCI of Corsica:
