The challenge

As a key player in regional economic development, the CCI of Corsica has adopted Egerie to strengthen its cyber posture and meet the security requirements of critical infrastructures.

The solution

The CCI of Corsica manages two OIVs and strategic infrastructures, including ports and airports, in a context where cyber challenges are crucial, especially for nearby military bases.
The challenge was to carry out rapid risk analyses in accordance with ANSSI requirements, while guaranteeing the distribution of the workload within a multifunctional SSI team (SSI, DSI, RSSI). The solution also had to incorporate current standards and methodologies.

The results

EGERIE Risk Manager was chosen for its ability to specifically meet the needs of the CCI of Corsica:
• The platform offers risk analysis based on the EBIOS Risk Manager method, with preconfigured models that comply with standards such as the LPM model.
• The centralization of data facilitates the capitalization and reuse of previous analyses.
• The support by EGERIE RM certified consultants made it possible to optimize the implementation.
